Event Branding
Because CMG's imPACt event is targeted to attract a younger audience, the logo and branding was developed with the latest design trends in mind. For example, we solidified the color scheme into a dynamic and functional color palette, in which each color can relate to a certain aspect of the event (Mobile, Cloud, Performance & Capacity, etc). This trend is saturating the mainstream and is even used by Google. Another design trend that we touched on was the use of geometric fragments to create the key letters "PAC." This represents a gathering of those whose expertise lies in Performance & Capacity. Each color in our dynamic color palette is represented within the PAC, further conveying that imPACt 2016 is the place where these various facets of the industry meet.

Exhibits & Sponsorship
This exhibitor prospectus was designed by AH for the Halloween & Party Expo 2016 show.
This prospectus was developed for the ANA Annual Meeting in 2016
At this client partner meeting, hang-out areas were created for attendees to stop and re-charge. The Front Row Meetings & Events team turned these areas into sponsorship opportunities complete with signage and a digital display.
AH client partner The American Society of Transplantation (AST) created this fun and innovative way for sponsors to reach meeting attendees by branding benches in the meeting space.
Whether you are trying to promote an event or provide year-round annual opportunities that are ripe for commercial support and “monetization” for your organization, you need compelling tools and collateral that showcases your value proposition to the market.
When developing non-dues revenue material, it's important to keep in mind that the pieces need to be visually appealing and easy to find and navigate through, rich with demographics and compelling data, communicate growth opportunities with testimonials and examples, and they provide options for different levels of support.

AH understands the importance designing an exhibit area that speaks to your audience. With different levels of interest, experience, and backgrounds, AH will create an experience for your attendees that works with those who want to go through very quickly and just get the general idea, to the others who want to spend more time in exploring new products.

Cutting-Edge Meetings
At this client partner meeting, one of the most interactive sessions was this speed round table discussion. Each table had a certain topic assigned and you were only seated for a short amount of time, forcing the converstation to advance.
At this client partner meeting, the session pictured used live polling to keep attendees engaged and interacting with the presenters.
It's not easy to change a meeting that's been done the same way for many years. “More and more, studies about the way that people learn show that it's not just about being a passive learner,” Senior Meetings Manager at AH, Tina Squillante, said in an interview with PCMA's Convene magazine. “If learners learn more by interacting, rather than by just reading information, and [if they learn more] by having more engagement and conversation, either with a co-attendee or by being able to speak with the speaker more freely, then I want to give them that opportunity.” Read the full article here
Interactivity improves learning and the environment impacts learning behavior. AH thinks differently and will create a meeting that aligns with your goals.
