Bob is an expert speaker about the benefits of partnering with an AMC, leadership, board governance, organizational development and association management trends. Bob also has extensive experience with leading strategic planning sessions for non-profits.

Kelly Mariotti is the Vice President of Client Services at AH. She is a lawyer, certified public accountant, certified association executive and has a graduate certificate in nonprofit management. Kelly is an entrepreneur who founded and operated a successful children’s products manufacturing company before making a deliberate move to the nonprofit sector. She draws on her experience to speak on nonprofit growth, leadership, and team-building for private businesses, nonprofits, industry associations and womens’ groups.
Kelly excels in media relations and is a recognized and desirable spokesperson. She has appeared on HGTV, BabyTV and several other national media outlets. She was the cover model for the April 2008 issue of Working Mother in which her company was honored nationally as a 2008 Best Women Owned Business. In 2011, she was invited by Georgetown University to be a guest speaker for its program “Women’s Leadership in the Workplace."

Amy Williams is the Vice President of Business Development and Consulting and has been with AH since 2004. She has served as chief staff executive for several clients, including the Society for Information Management (SIM).
Amy has managed non-profit organizations for more than 19 years. She is a Certified Association Executive, has a Master's degree in public administration and is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber's Institute for Organization Management.
Amy's volunteer positions have included Conference Committee Chair and Sponsorship Committee Chair for the Mid-Atlantic Society of Association Executives (MASAE), and she is currently serving as Immediate Past President on MASAE’s Board of Directors. Additionally, she serves as Treasurer for the Southern Regional Boys Basketball Parents Association and is a class representative for the Southern Regional Football Parents Association (Go Rams!).
Amy has presented sessions on various topics for client partners, ASAE, MASAE and the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau (PACVB) and has facilitated numerous chapter leader training, strategic planning and board development sessions. She can speak on topics such as:
